Septic System Installation

Step 1: Soil Profile or Percolation Test
A licensed installer must complete a soil profile test before we can design your septic system. This test determines the type and size of system your property requires. Test Fee: $500 (includes Montgomery County permit).

Step 2: Custom Project Quote
After testing, we provide a full quote based on your site conditions, design, labor, and materials. General price ranges:
• Standard gravity-fed system (good soil, 2 bed/1 bath): $10,000–$12,000
• Advanced low-profile system (poor soil, requires pump): $15,000–$18,000

Step 3: Deposit & Scheduling
We require a 50% deposit to lock in your installation date. Balance is due upon completion. Credit cards accepted with a 3% processing fee.

We’re happy to walk you through the process and answer questions. Call or message us to schedule your soil test or request more info.

Rock Driveway Construction & Maintenance

We start by clearing the site of all vegetation, roots, and debris. Leaving organic matter leads to settling and uneven surfaces.

We offer geotextile fabric installation to stabilize the driveway base and reduce pothole development — ideal for heavy-use areas.

Then we shape and grade the base, install aggregate (usually AB3 for strength and compaction), and crown the surface to promote runoff. We can also dig ditches and install culverts as needed.

We also install gravel pads for shops and garages and provide long-term maintenance or refresh services.

Pasture & Fence Row Clearing

We reclaim overgrown fields and fencerows using high-power brush cutters and grapples. We specialize in removing cedar, hedge, locust, and other invasive species that choke out pasture growth.

Clearing restores land usability, improves aesthetics, and helps with fire prevention. Haul-off and debris removal available by request.

Utility Trenching & Installation

We install water, electric, and low-voltage utility lines for rural properties. Trenching depth and separation will meet provider specifications and rural codes.

Most service runs can be installed in a single day. Pricing varies based on trench length, terrain, and material cost. Site-specific quotes are available.

Grading & Drainage Solutions

We correct standing water, erosion, and flow issues by shaping the land to improve drainage. Common fixes include French drains, swales, ditches, and culvert redirection.

Each property has different slopes, soils, and runoff concerns — we’ll evaluate the issues and offer straightforward options to keep your property dry and stable.
